I am a clinical mental health professional specializing in crisis stabilization, trauma recovery, and high-risk advocacy. With extensive experience in both remote crisis intervention and in-person legal advocacy, I provide a calm, evidence-based presence for individuals facing their most vulnerable moments. My core competencies include: Lethality Assessment & Intervention: Specialized expertise in identifying high-risk indicators, including non-fatal strangulation to ensure client safety. Domestic Violence & IPV Advocacy: Navigating the legal system and court procedures while prioritizing the survivor’s long-term autonomy and safety planning. Clinical Counseling: Utilizing CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques to treat trauma, anxiety, and acute emotional distress. Crisis Leadership: Successfully facilitated over a year of high-volume crisis support, managing risk assessment and stabilization for individuals in acute suicidal distress. I believe therapy is the process of reclaiming one’s narrative. In the wake of crisis or abuse, an individual’s sense of safety and self is often fractured.
