About Lauren

I specialize in working with young children and teens. I can help children feel safe and secure, as well as provide them with a space to express themselves creatively and emotionally. I also offer support through child centered play therapy and a strengths-based approach. During the school year, I also work as a Preschool Social Worker—where I provide mental health counseling on a case-by-case basis, as well as Social Emotional Learning lessons to all of my students. I love what I do in all areas of therapy. I focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment where children and teens can express themselves through play. I believe in the power of play as a tool for healing and growth.
