About Nichelle

I have years of experience working in inpatient mental health as well as outpatient. This has given me the opportunity to acquire excellent individual and group counseling skills relevant to stress, anxiety, depression, self harm, PTSD, trauma, substance use/addiction, and other interpersonal/intrapersonal issues with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

I value building a strong relationship with my clients and am passionate about providing a supportive environment that is understanding, empathetic and most importantly, nonjudgmental. I strive to fully understand my clients’ concerns and what they are experiencing, to then be able to provide them with the tools necessary to live their happiest lives.
