Rhonda Gulotta, LAC
About Rhonda
I am a certified associate counselor in the state of NJ. I received my dual master’s degree at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado in Clinical Counseling and School Counseling.
I specialize in working with people of all ages who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and/or mood disorders and who are looking to improve one particular area they are having a difficult time navigating and/or their overall quality of life.
My main approaches include DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and mindfulness techniques to help empower the individual and integrate effective coping strategies for everyday life in order to heal and move forward in an authentic way. My approach is centered on exploring where clients are presently in their lives, and where they’d like to be in
the future and helping bridge the gap to get them there in a way that is sustainable and supportive to the individual.
