My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued—especially when navigating life’s challenges. I use supportive therapy to create a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults in school settings, community programs, and the justice system, which has deepened my understanding of how diverse life experiences shape our emotional worlds.
