I believe in the innate potential of everyone—that we all have the capacity for social, emotional, and spiritual wellness, which, when discovered, can lead to a fulfilling life. As for my role, I see myself as an ally you can count on to accompany you through your wellness journey. I am an enthusiastic counselor who seeks to empower and uplift individuals struggling with mental health challenges by creating a safe and caring therapeutic relationship and utilizing evidence-based interventions such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) to collaboratively work toward achieving your goals. I have had the pleasure of working in the mental health field for almost 10 years, gaining substantial experience with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health, substance abuse, and developmental challenges. In addition, I provide counseling services for Spanish-speaking clients. I am eager to embark on your journey of self-discovery with you, and I look forward to discovering what we can achieve together.
