My name is Sierra O’Neill and I am a licensed associate counselor (LAC) dedicated to supporting you on your healing journey. I graduated from Rider University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I offer a warm and compassionate approach to therapy. I look forward to welcoming you in taking this step toward growth, achieving your desired goals, and navigating a better understanding of your mental health. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach includes interpersonal psychotherapy for depression, as well as support for attachment issues, adjustment challenges, and life transitions. I have a passion for helping my clients reach their needs in the most comfortable approach that best suits them. I offer an eclectic approach to therapy. Together, we’ll identify your goals, develop coping skills, and work towards a more balanced, fulfilling life. My ideal client would be someone who is struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors, and uncertainty about their future. The client’s needs would include support in building resilience, developing coping skills, and clarifying goals. They aim to achieve a sense of peace, confidence, and direction. They want to break free from negative thought patterns and create a better path to promote self-growth. Another ideal client would be someone who is coping with trauma and wants to learn how to process and heal their trauma to move forward and cope.
