Robyn Giordano is a licensed clinical social worker and clinical supervisor. She received a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology from LaSalle university and a Masters of Social work degree from New York university. If you view yourself as successful on paper, but inside, you feel constantly on edge. Anxiety has become your background noise, and you’re tired of pushing through, Robyn is here to help you explore these feelings, negative thoughts & understand the patterns in your friendships and relationships. Together, we’ll connect the dots, uncover how you react to challenges, and work on rebuilding and regulating your emotional system so you can feel more balanced and confident. You will create a safe, welcoming space where we can work through life’s challenges together. Robyn will listen, support, and help you build skills and confidence to move forward. Robyn helps high – functioning adults, like yourself who feel calm on the outside but are overwhelmed internally.
