About Yesenia

Yesenia Taveras is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). She earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Art Therapy from Caldwell University. Yesenia works primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences, exploring challenges, and discovering their strengths.
