About Hannah
Hannah Noel is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, where she specialized in interpersonal violence and trauma. Hannah has experience working with individuals involved in the criminal justice system, as well as those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through this work, she has developed a strong understanding of how trauma, environment, and systemic factors impact emotional well-being and behavior. Hannah’s approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating person-centered, psychodynamic, and strengths-based perspectives. She practices from a trauma-informed lens and works with clients to build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Hannah believes that therapy should be a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
